Hello! I’m Cynthia Herr - registered social worker, offering in-person psychotherapy services in our beautiful St. Thomas office, as well as online psychotherapy to clients throughout the provinces of Ontario and Nova Scotia.

With over 28 years’ experience working in hospitals, community mental health agencies, and private practice, I have been privileged to learn from clients and other health care providers about how chronic illnesses impact the lives of people struggling with their physical and mental health. I provide trauma-informed care, and have specialized training in CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, as well as other mental health treatments. My clients also have access to psychiatry services, on an as-needed basis, coordinated with your family physician,
