I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and an Honours degree in Psychology. For more than a decade, I’ve supported individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, eating disorders, and addiction. My early work in health care and community mental health showed me that well-being is influenced - not just by biology or psychology - but also by our environments, relationships, and lived experiences.

I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, grief, and inner conflict while also providing support for anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Brief-Solution-Focused Therapy. In my EMDR practice, I often integrate Polyvagal Theory to help clients calm their nervous systems—shifting from a state of freeze or survival into safety, peace, and connection. EMDR is a powerful approach to treat a variety of issues – it can help rewire your brain for healing!

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe each person’s healing journey is unique, and I will meet you wherever you are on that path. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, clarify your needs, and work toward meaningful change so you can move toward becoming your best possible self.
